At first I was surpr - (4/5)
At first I was surprised you didn't mtienon Hancock Park's newest celeb resident, Matt Bomer, but then it occurred to me that his partner must be the actual (name is on the deed) owner. The Schwimmers aren't going find anything that can top this classic estate in the Hancock Park area imo, so I don't understand their decision to sell it and find another. As nice as it is though, I think it's introductory listing price is intended as a fishing expedition to see if there's anyone out there frivolous enough to pay that much for it.

Description'Atonement is a masterpiece' The Times On the hottest day of the summer of 1935, thirteen-year-old Briony Tallis sees her sister Cecilia plunge naked into the fountain in the garden of their country house. Watching her too is Robbie Turner who, like Cecilia, has recently come down from Cambridge. By the end of that day, the lives of all three will have been changed for ever. Robbie and Cecilia will have crossed a boundary they had not even imagined at its start. Briony will have witnessed mysteries, and committed a crime for which she will spend the rest of her life trying to atone.
