I really like this book, its got a great combo of recipes, Some are a little faffy and over the top and i'd avoid those, but there are plenty of other gems, especially the Louisiana / New Orleans recipes.
Definately recommend!
Ive given it 4 instead of 5, because there were a few less recipes than i thought i could try after having a look through, some are a little too much for me I think, but a definate must buy. |
